Indications for Tracleer®
Treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) to improve exercise tolerance and clinical symptoms in patients of functional class (FC) II-IV according to the WHO classification, adults and children over 3 years old, including:
primary (idiopathic and hereditary) pulmonary arterial hypertension;
secondary PAH against the background of scleroderma in the absence of significant interstitial lung disease;
PAH associated with congenital heart defects and, in particular, with hemodynamic disturbances such as Eisenmenger syndrome.
